Interaction of triazole fungicides in agriculture

Publication

Abstract

We successfully developed and tested the analytical method on real samples as one part of the research. The abstract describes the applicability of the CD-MEKC modified method for the separation of triazole fungicides (TAFs) from the fruit peel.

The use of the optimised method was able to separate all TAFs with a resolution value higher than 5,1 and a run time under 17 min. In a single application of penconazole and cyproconazole, the analysis revealed the concentration of TAFs above MRL values.

Whereas in a cocktail application the dissipation of the concentration is at effect the concentrations found were not about MRL values. As, in other parts of the research on TAFs influence on plants, in a foliar application of triazole based fungicides we focused on chlorophyll, phenolic compounds, fruit yield and amount of green mass.
