Health and well-being of University students

Abstract

As the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) spread around the world, the political authorities of individual countries introduced "lockdowns" or ordered their residents to stay in the safety of their homes. Due to these measures, university students were deprived of the opportunity to participate in full-time studies for several semesters.

The ban on contact education in already limited social contacts prevented students from personal contact not only with other students, but also with teachers.
