Abstract

This publication contains a detailed description of 10 topics (light, water, sound, relationships, etc.) that allow you to learn about the world around you in a playful and experiential way and to learn about yourself to varying degrees. The individual chapters contain a popularizing description of the topic and instructions on how to bring this topic closer to children.

Furthermore, the chapter describes in detail creative tasks focused on art, movement and musical activities, supplemented by photo documentation of possible outputs. This book serves for self-knowledge and personal development.
