Abstract
The conference is part of the SoFarTEAM project. It seeks to look at social farming and horticultural therapy through a therapeutic, integrative, theological, or sociological perspective.
It is an opportunity to present good practice examples and discuss the challenges, limits or potential of social farming and horticultural therapy in social work.
