Abstract
The textbook Creative teaching in Health Education for the fifth grade deepens and summarizes selected knowledge from the field of life management in a holistic concept of health. The introductory part is focused on time planning skills and organization of the daily routine.
The topic is further developed in the follow-up textbook for the sixth grade with an emphasis on developing the students' learning skills. The goal of the textbook is the gradual preparation of students for the transition to the second grade.
The text is focused on the ability to plan one's time effectively, to follow the daily routine with regard to the social climate of the family and the components of a proper lifestyle. Attention is paid to proper nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle.
