Abstract
On 31 August 2022, it was announced in the Collection of Laws under No. 242/2022 Coll. the Act on Video Sharing Platform Services and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Video Sharing Platform Services Act). In this text, the author addresses the question of what audiovisual media services are, what is the difference between them, and how are they regulated in the Czech legal system .
