Software (computer program) as part of property

Abstract

Few business entities, i.e. a natural or legal person, can currently do without certain software or computer programs when organizing and performing their business activities. It also often happens that business entities not only use the software, but also develop it themselves, either for their own use or for commercial purposes consisting of making the developed software available to third parties for a fee.

It is the last category of business entities - commercial software developers - that will be the focus of this text.
