Abstract
Projects and grants make it possible to obtain funds for school development and improvement teaching and development of students and teachers. A number of schools do not participate in projects for various reasons, possibly uses the services of external companies that drain financial resources for so-called management projects.
Using the example of a specific secondary school, the article tries to show that projects and grants they can give schools a big competitive advantage and be a valuable extra-budgetary source.
