The article deals with comparison of joint territorial and construction proceedings according to the current building law with the procedure for authorising a project according to the new building law which will take effect on 1st July 2023. It is pointed out especially to identical and different procedural elements of joint territorial and construction proceedings on one side and of the procedure for authorising a project on the other side, including appeal procedure and subsequent judicial review.
The main objective of the article, except the comparation of these two kinds of proceedings, is to answer the question, if the procedure for authorising a project according to the new building law is fundamental change of joint territorial and construction proceedings, or if it is not.
