Abstrakt
The monograph is the element of the prestigious international project International Encyclopaedia of Laws (realised by Wolters KLuwer International). It deal in details with the roots of the recent regulation of civil procedure, it is descibed how the constituational system is defined in the Czech Republic.
The civil procedure in the Czech Republic is analysed in every aspects and also in its relation to EU and international aspects. The author focuses in detail also in alternative disputes resolution (arbitration and mediation).
