Abstrakt
Active participation in the conference on The Unfair Terms in Banking and Financial Contracts in Vienna. The goal of the conference was to draw attention to the most fundamental questions of the unfair terms which are a recurrent and significant issue od standard terms and conditions in banking and financial contracts.
The contribution deals with the issue of ex officio control of unfair contract terms in czech payment order.
