Psychiatric rehabilitation and continuity of care

Abstract

The chapter introduces the fundamental changes in psychiatric care that have occurred in the last hundred years. Presents current concepts, models and interventions used in psychosocial rehabilitation.

It also provides a brief overview of the development of community care in the Czech Republic.
