Abstract

The chapter discusses the control of content on the Internet by the information society services providers, as they perform the fundamental role in the regulation of the Internet. Their role in the exercise of state power, especially executive power, in the virtual environment is analysed.

The model of responsibility relationship is discussed on the example of on-line gambling regulation. The transferred exercise of state power model is analysed through the example of ensuring the cybersecurity.
