Abstract
The author comments on the provisions on relative ineffectiveness outside of insolvency, notes the nature of the court decision, the deadlines for applying ineffectiveness, as well as the caveat of resistance. This is a new processing of the mentioned provisions, which were commented on by another author in the first edition.
