Abstract
Differential diagnosis of central diabetes insipidus involves broad spectrum of origin including surgery for pituitary tumor, brain injury, some specific tumors in sellar region e.g., craniopharyngioma and infiltrative disorders. Here we present a case of 30year old woman with diabetes insipidus caused by ANCA associated vasculitis.
