Abstract
Cerebellar mutism is a postoperative complication after an intervention in posterior cranial fossa. It can particularly be seen in children following tumor resection of cerebellar vermis.
Clinical features of this syndrome are well describedin foreign literature while its pathophysiology stays unclear. The goal of our case report is to points this interesting phenomenon out mainly because it is only sporadicly mentionedin Czech neurogical publications.
