Multicentric Observational prospective cohort STudy of the Heart Failure outpatients management in the Czech Republic - MOST-HF. Rationale and Design

Abstract

The prevalence of chronic heart failure syndrome is estimated to almost three percent of the total population in the Czech Republic and the number of patients still increases. The aim of the observational study is to map the current status of the medical and non-pharmacological therapy and the level of chronic heart failure outpatient care.
