Abstract
The chapter deals with the question of the relevance of Comenius' ideas in today's global world and answers the question: Why should we still deal with Comenius today. It shows his conception of the world as a whole, of man as a being of the world entrusted with the task of taking care of this whole.
This happens primarily through education, which, according to Comenius, has a corrective (emendatory) meaning.
