The article deals with the phraseological traces of the German/Austrian/Czech and Czech/German/Austrian neighborhood in today's lexicographically and corpus-linguistically recorded German and Czech language stock. The object of the study is, on the one hand, German phrasemes with the component B/böhm- (and similar), and on the other hand, Czech phrasemes with the component N/němec- (and similar).
In addition to the occurrence or regional distribution, we are interested in the question of whether a semantic commonality of these German and Czech syntagms can be established.
