Abstract
The right (freedom) of establishment is one of the four fundamental freedoms of the EU internal market. The TFEU classifies this Chapter 2 together with the free movement of workers (Chapter 1) in the free movement of persons (cf.
Chapter IV entitled "Free movement of persons, services and capital", while Chapter 3 refers to services and Chapter 4 to capital and payments).
