Article 32-33 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

Abstract

Art. 32 LZPEU protects the rights of children, or young people in relation to employment. It thus complements Article 24 of the LZPEU devoted to the rights of the child in general, which is included in Title III.

Equality. Article 32 emphasizes their social rights, therefore it is included in Title IV.

Solidarity. Art. 33 LZPEU is aimed at protecting the family, in the context of economic and social rights.
