Cooperating accused - Czech perspective

Abstract

The paper deals with the institution of the cooperating accused in the sense of § 178a of Act No. 141/1961 Coll., on criminal court proceedings (hereinafter also "the Criminal Procedure Code"), which is a transplant of the Anglo-American Crown witness, which is an effective tool in the fight against organized crime.
