Abstract
The article presents a frequently used, yet not very easily defined concept of quality in (adult) education. The concept of quality defines and indicates several areas that are touched by the topic of quality in the field of corporate education.
Concretely, the author defines these areas as the ability to analyze educational needs, previous experience and references of the education provider, the ability to create an educational event project and the selection of quality educators, e.g. lecturers.
