Reflections on the effectivenes of administrative sanctioning from the perspective of environmental protection

Abstract
The article (by using statistcal data) analyzes selected problems areas of the application of administration liability in reflection of practise, namely 1) limits of supervisory and control acitvities, 2) problem of defition and hypertophy of the facts of administrative offenses and 3) (Non)fulfillment of the funciton of adminisrave sanction. On this base, the author considers measures that coult contribute to a more efficient fight against illegal activities in the area of enviromental protection.
