The content of the competition clause - a "trigger point" for problems at the end of employment of Czech managers

Abstract

In this paper, the author deals with the development of the restriction of competitive activity after 1989 and offers one possible point of view on the recent decision of the Constitutional Court, which concerned the withdrawal from the competition clause.
