Abstract
The paper discusses the ethical aspects of the robotization of work. It uses the theoretical potential of the robot metaphor to raise some basic ethical questions and on this basis analyses contemporary problems associated with the digitalization of work.
The author concludes by suggesting concrete steps that must be taken in the field of political decision-making and theoretical reflection in order to direct current trends towards the good.
