The text follows two theoretical cores of teacher training: linking the requirements of professionalism (optimal performance of the profession) and opportunities (or possibilities) for the education of teacher students within the university institution + an idea of the teacher's personality. He also talks about the need to conceive the undergraduate training of teachers as preparation for dynamic changes, and from there comes the analysis and recommendations of possibilities in the area of the (so far rather underestimated) personality-social dimension in the teacher training curriculum.
