Abstract
The chapter is dedicated to the Ukrainian revival movement in Galicia during the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. The study deals with the analysis of Czech influences on the Ukrainian revival in Galicia dur- ing the gradual stages of its development.
Special emphasis is placed on how Galician Ukrainians followed the Czech revival movement. The study also traces the influences of Czech intellectuals and revivalists on the worldview of their Galician counterparts.
Special attention is paid to the impressions of Ukrainian revivalists from their visits to Prague during the mentioned period.
