Interlocutory and Partial Decisions in the Light of Case Law and European Comparison

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2022

Abstract

The monograph deals with the issue of specific types of judgments, which do not exhaust the entire subject of the proceedings. However, it cannot be ignored that under the same names in foreign legal systems there are more or less different regulations in terms of content, especially when it comes to the intended purpose.

The monograph contains not only a thorough and comprehensive analysis of domestic legal regulation of interlocutory and partial decisions, but also offers a broadly conceived comparison of these institutes, including relevant foreign case law. As part of the comparison, the author also pays special attention to the institute of interlocutory determination, due to possible inspiration for possible future modifications of the civil process.
