Abstract
The author deals comprehensively issue of liability as governed by the Insolvency Act, the responsibility for damage due to an absence or late the proposal, the responsibility of the insolvency Administrator and responsibilities of creditors and debtors. That issue, the author deals also from the perspective of the practice courts.
