The aim of this work was a finite element analysis of the stressed in blade implants and in the adjacent bone after immediate and delayed loadings in the atropied bone of mandibule. Involvement of modified blade implants in the framework system with tooth caused reduction of maximum von Mises stresses well below the yield strength of titanium alloy, The work emphasizes the benefits of blade implants for unconventional solutions in the treatment of extreme athophies of the residual ridge crest distal parts of the mandibule.
