Abstract

The last decade of the 21st century is inevitably associated with the development of technology and the digitalisation of almost every aspect of our lives. This development has not escaped employment relations, with (among other things) an increase in the number of ways in which an employer can monitor or control the activities of its employees, as well as the development of their complexity.

It is now very difficult to imagine that the only way of controlling and monitoring employees is by a superior employee who has been entrusted with supervision or perhaps by a single industrial camera in a warehouse. In this article, the author deals with the issue of digital monitoring of employees.
