Abstract
This contribution deals with opinionated approaches to the immutability of the material focus of constitutionality, where the fundamental approaches that have been identified in legal theory to this issue are approached. After the introductory explanation, the article focuses on the concept of material focus.
The concept of explicit material focus (perpetuity clause) and implicit material focus (constitutional identity) is distinguished. In conclusion, the author addresses the issues of constitutional changes.
