Collection of Solved Problems and Collection of Physics Experiments: useful websites for students and teachers

Publication at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics |
2022

Abstract

The collection of solved physics problems has been developed at the KDF MFF UK for over 15 years and contains more than 950 problems in Czech for all levels of physics education. What makes our Collection unique is the concept of sophisticated hints and comments.

We are constantly preparing additional jobs for publication and improving existing ones, e.g. with interactive elements. The current novelty is the PISA tasks, especially the tasks that are converted including the programming of the interactive elements needed to solve them.

The collection of physics experiments is a bit younger and currently contains 170 published, detailed instructions for experiments. The descriptions contain methodological and technical notes, but also sample results or short video sequences of the given experiments.

Both Collections are interconnected and have their own English versions. A little aside is the Collection of Mathematical Problems, which, although it uses the same technical solution, is not connected to the mentioned two Collections and contains over 600 mostly solved problems at the level of the first two years of higher education.
