Publication at Faculty of Law |
2022

Abstract

The article deals with the definition of the concept of a in-house lawyer and compares its status with that of an attorney. The author concludes that the in-house lawyer is involved in the provision of legal aid in a broader sense and that it is de lege ferenda desirable to examine under what conditions some in-house lawyers could have the status of independent in-house lawyer with similar confidentiality protection to that afforded to attorney.
