Monography consists of chapters the basic parts of the ENT field: auditory and equilibrium organs, the respiratory tract, swallowing pathway and throat. Individual diseases are described according to symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.

The Latin-Czech dictionary of diagnoses according to The International Classification of Diseases and the Glossary of surgical supplements complement and create integrity of monography. The common pillar of the entire field of monography is an interdisciplinary view of diagnosis and treatment of the head and neck diseases, which is currently a necessity and clearly serves for the benefit of the patient.
Monography is intended primarily for postgraduate studies of otorhinolaryngology.
