Abstract
The article deals with the issues that arise in situations where a violation of competition law occurs, namely the tort of unfair competition, in the Internet environment, where there is an international element in the tort relationship. The article deals with the determination of the applicable law in such situations and also deals with the question of determining the international jurisdiction to deal with such unfair competition torts.
