Abstract
In recent years, we have witnessed an unprecedented technological boom. As lawyers, we cannot merely stand by and watch this boom, but we should also respond appropriately.
For lawyers specialising in inheritance law, which is usually regarded as a rather more rigid area of the legal system, what has been written above also applies. Our chapter aims to open up some questions on the topic of digital wills that have (almost) never been asked in the Czech Republic.
