Abstract
This publication is the result of an expert conference organized at the Faculty of Law of Charles University on the topic "Whistleblowing - conclusions and perspectives", within the framework of the research project "Whistleblower Protection" implemented within the framework of the Specific University Research Project of Charles University (SVV No. 260499/2020). The publication contains twelve texts by domestic and Slovak authors focusing on various aspects of whistleblowing.
The contributions by colleagues from the Czech Republic focus primarily on the latest draft of the Whistleblower Protection Act and subject it to constructive criticism from a number of different perspectives. In contrast, the contributions of colleagues from Slovakia deal both with the current whistleblower protection legislation in Slovakia and with related issues concerning the application implications of the legislation, particularly in relation to employment relations.
