Abstract
The device is intended for measuring muscle strength. The principle of the measuring device is based on the controlled electrostimulation of the relevant muscle group and the measurement of the mechanical response of the muscle to this stimulation.
The device measures the force transmitted by the lever mechanism through the joint to the moving part of the limb during muscle contraction induced by electrical stimulation in the motor point of the muscle. The function of the device is wirelessly controlled by the control module.
The module is also in charge of processing values from the torque measurement sensor and communication with the application for controlling the entire device.
