Protection of an agency worker against sudden termination of the employment relationship

Abstract

The paper aims to draw attention to one selected, and in our opinion problematic, aspect of agency employment - the conclusion of an employment relationship for the duration of the assignment, or "for the duration of the user's need" - and to evaluate the way in which the proposed amendment attempts to address this challenge.
