Abstract
The publication presents collection of both solved and unsolved exercises reflecting theoretical concepts from the fields of financial law and financial science into practice. In solved exercises readers should understand the basic nature and procedures related to the selected issues.
Afterwards, they should be able to demonstrate their knowledge when solving the unresolved exercises. The publication deals with both general and special parts of financial law while key emphasis is put on the special part, namely the areas of budgetary law, monetary law, banking law, insurance law, capital market law, and tax law in the broad sense.
