Abstract
Pathological physiology summarizes the natural science and clinical foundations of science-based medicine. Parts of its issues are the subject of teaching specially focused subjects preclinical study of medicine.
General pathological physiology integrates and complements the study of the theoretical foundations of clinical medicine, reflects the complexity of the medical issue, but far from completely. It mainly ignores the mental, psychological and social aspects of diseases and pathological conditions.
It also overlooks their anatomical aspects, which are diagnostically very important significant.
