Abstract
The aim of this paper is to compare ceramic finds, specifically beer jars, coming from several available royal mortuary or valley temples with the pottery from the sun temples of Weserkaf and Nyuserra. This will be realized not only based on the available published material but also from the recent exploration and survey of the sun temple of Nyuserre undertaken by the Italian and later Italian-Czech cooperation between the l'Universita l'Orientale of Naples and Charles University.
