Hypertrophic Plaques in the Axillae

Abstract

The authors describe the case of a 38-year-old patient with elevated oozing plaques in the axillae and erosions in the oral cavity and on the lips. Histopathological and direct immunofluorescence examination confirmed the diagnosis of pemphigus vegetans.
