Models of Regulation of New Technologies and Methodology of Legal Science

Abstract

This chapter focuses on a narrow section in legal methodology concerning the relationship between law, society and new technologies. It first presents the underlying socio-legal foundations, which it then links to three models of regulation of new technologies, which can also be considered a methodology in doctrinal legal science.
