Old guilts and new provocations in contemporary German culture

Abstract

The chapter offers a summarizing view of German culture after 1989. It discusses new views of German guilt for WW2, representations of former GDR, postmodernism or postdramatic theatre , intercultural problematics as well as the Czech-German cultural relationships
