The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Czech legal regulations arose in connection to the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract
The paper focuses on some quantitative characteristics of legal regulations arising between January 2020 and May 2022: laws, ordinances, government decrees, crisis measures, and extraordinary measures of the Ministry of Health. In Chapters 2, 3, and 4, we analyze the number of such legal regulations, the period of legislative vacancy, and the duration.
This analysis is based on the comprehensive data that are available for the entire period. Chapter 5 is illustrated by the results of the basic corpus methods, which could be useful for the qualitative analysis of the documents' content.
