Abstract

Existing research confirms the impact of psychological safety on the quality of of service provision and effectiveness. This chapter demonstrates, based on research the mediating role of team members' psychological safety and reflexivity in the collaborative learning process on quality improvement. The text presents a systematic perspective on two key team attributes that underpin successful teams in social services and health care, it also describes the factors that psychological safety and reflexivity. The relationship of psychological safety to team quality illustrates the results of empirical research in Czech hospitals.
