Possibilities of distance learning of students with visual impairment

Abstract

A non-traditional form of distance education has brought a hitherto uncharted phenomenon to the field of special pedagogical practice, which can expand the possibilities of supporting visually impaired students. The qualitative research in the form of interviews with students with visual impairments from various faculties of Charles University, focuses on their experiences with distance learning.

The aim of the paper is to describe the specifics of distance learning for visually impaired students at the university.
